Red Colored Foods

It prevents from stomach and ovarian cancers. Carrots, pumpkins, squash and sweet potatoes have been proved to be very effective to fight against stomach and ovarian cancer. I recommend you should eat orange color food twice a week.
Yellow Colored Foods
It prevents from stomach and esophageal cancers. Lemon, tangerines, grapefruit and papaya having vitamin C are to have been showed helpful to fight against all cancers particularly stomach and esophageal cancers.
Green Colored Foods
